When you compress images (JPG, PNG, WEBP), we utilize advanced Client-Side Technology. This means the compression happens entirely inside your web browser. Your images are NOT uploaded to our servers, ensuring 100% privacy for your photos.

B. Video, Audio & PDF (Server-Side Processing)

For complex files like MP4, MP3, and PDF, we must temporarily upload them to our secure servers to utilize processing engines (like FFmpeg and Ghostscript). Data Retention: These files are automatically deleted from our servers immediately after the compression process is complete or within 1 hour of upload. We do not store, view, or share your files.

3. Data Collection

We collect minimal data to operate the service:

• Log Data: Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, timestamp) for security and debugging.
• Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Matomo to understand aggregate usage patterns (e.g., "How many users compressed PDFs today?"). This data is anonymized.
