KuickCompress provides online file compression tools for Images, Audio, Video, and Documents. The service is provided "as is" and is free of charge for standard usage. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Responsibility & Content

• You agree not to upload illegal, abusive, or copyrighted material for which you do not have permission.
• You retain full ownership of your files. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.
• Backups: You are responsible for maintaining original backups of your files. While we strive for reliability, we are not liable for any data loss or corruption that may occur during the compression process.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Kuickdrop, its owners, or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on KuickCompress.

5. API & Automated Usage

Automated scraping, botting, or abuse of our processing endpoints is strictly prohibited. We employ rate limiting and may ban IP addresses that exhibit abusive behavior to ensure fair usage for all users.
